- When can I expect my video after our shoot?

ANSWER: "It all depends on the scope of work. Some clients have experienced product delivery in just a few days. For others, it takes a process. Either way, we promise a quick turn-a-round no matter what."

- What is your editing process and how long does it take?

ANSWER: "Great things take time to make. In most cases, our process for delivery is 2 to 3 weeks after our shoot. Below is our 4 Step Editing Process":

- Step 1). Expect a Rough Cut, for your review, in just a few days.

- Step 2). After review, you send us a detailed list of any changes you want made.

- Step 3). We'll make those exact changes and send you the revised version for your approval.

- Step 4). Once approved, we mix in the magic, put on the "polish," finalize, and deliver.

- What are your rates?

ANSWER: "In our 20+ years of experience, we've learned budgets are like snowflakes, not one is alike. Everything depends on the project's Scope of Work. What we love to do is meet you where you are and see what we can do for you.

After our meeting, we'll propose a few package options that best fit the SOC and see where we go from there.
